It appears to be an empty shell. I ended up throwing some pocket change in it just as a lottery play, but don’t expect much from it. Take a look at their website and you’ll probably be able to get a better picture. Here’s a little excerpt from their webpage...”As of December 31, 2016, the Trust officially ceased to exist, with no value resulting from efforts by the Trustee on behalf of the unitholders. Because of lack of any relief during 2016 and in essence no value for the remaining unitholders, any remaining basis in the units, should be written off in 2016. Unitholders should seek counsel from their tax professional as to how to report this loss.”
