What folks should see imo is 750 million shares at 3 cents as a possibility is not actually harsh, given convertible caused share count to go up 45,000 roughly. When the convertible started as well traded near $4.00 so down more than 99 percent and then apply 1/350 of that.

$22.5 million in cash if that happens is good money, allowing for time, a blessed thing considering company would have gone bankrupt without the reverse split late last year
