Diddy here's a question for ya...

(I noticed xenophone ditched my question 100% on the "licensing" required...some really interesting things on that part to..)

I don't think that ASD had a patent granted at that time.. or..did they?



If they didn't ...can cdex list an "almost patent" as prior art or what ever it is called...

How long do you research for infringing other patents until you move to the next phase of the patenting your own device..


I can't research myself on this computer it is ancient.

But interestingly enough I did spend a few minutes last night on some of the buzz words that we have been discussing over here and I found a few meanings that are really interesting...
