They originally forwarded $108,250 to RMRK. BUT, that was before they later decided to merge with Croe and NOT RMRK. I wonder why? Perhaps RMRK was not auditable and therefore could not be resurrected?

There is no guarantee that CRCW has not already written off that promissory note to RMRK as uncollectable under GAAP.
