thanks gfp, i went with only LP as i didn't see anything else on amazon and searched ebay a while back and it was LP only as well.

no basements for the most part anywhere near here on the coastal plains....water about 4 feet down, think it liquifies if we get an earthquake of any size....might be why; our EQ ins went from 400 to 800 year over year about 6 years ago, maybe more.
