I don't see it as manipulation, rather the scarcity of shares. We know that MMs are trading amongst themselves, with those 5-digit trades. If you look at volume against time/sales over the past few trading sessions, there a very few 'big buys'...today's 43k admitted buy from Pi_ was an opportunistic move and good on him/her.

Delfin would have to file a Form 4 (change in beneficial ownership) - SEC wants to know what the insiders are doing.

Private Group...not seeing the volume, except for that 300,000 share buy a week or so ago. But, a lot of small buys, here and there, add up over time to anyone's position.

While I may have put up a bid for 62.5k on Friday, it was relatively at support. MMs didn't want to sell, so it didn't go through. Today's action dipped down to .14...and for me, I had my $10k or so tied up somewhere else....IF MMs want to fill that gap, and the charts clearly show it hasn't filled, then maybe I'll personally pick up 100k shares. To answer someone's response regarding breakaway gaps on one of my posts...well, if you were on the OWC$ train from November 2016+, then you'll remember... I rode that from .02 to $3.23 and saw all those gaps get filled at some point, some were a pain to watch as a lot of investors got hammered when they came in at $3+ ...always secure profits...

With that said, you (per se) would have to go back to all the DD from Fink, CM and others and connect all the dots...to me it's crystal clear what is going to happen...but again, this is the OTC.
