Athenex has way more in funding to conduct more trials than Delcath, so I could quite easily see this transaction happening. If it does in fact become a merger rather than buy out or partnership, I could see ATNX handing out say 1 share for every 300 DCTH shares you own? Complete speculation on my part, but I have seen it work out in the past.
