As a company we have 40 million in the bank, An experienced oil man would be able to leverage this with outher companies to play less risky oil development or explortion areas. An experienced oil man would have more comtacts to do the above. Granted Offer got us to this point, but there comes a time when you hire someone to take you further down the road.

Offer knows Africa, but he doesn't know the oil patch, imo.
