[Scumbag Fraudsters]

They made millions of dollars selling made-up shares that didn’t cost them a cent, let alone .0001.

If that money went into buying a house, cars etc., the SEC should be seizing those assets and auctioning them off.

And Goode, the scumbag lawyer, had his own law firm, so he likely had some sizable assets of his own in addition to those he stole from investors.

He appears to still be practicing law.

The MedGen Clan collectively agreed to repay nearly 9 mil, and Goode’s share as ordered by the court is $3,772,460.25.
On 2/2/17 he and the other crooks were given 14 days to repay the agreed-upon amount, or else they default and face sentencing for failure to pay (contempt of court).

No way to tell if anyone paid or not, but since Goode doesn’t appear to be behind bars I’m guessing he has. And maybe that’s related to why he no longer has his own law firm but is now working for someone else.

I’ve made a bunch of calls to the NY State bar and NY AG’s office today, now waiting for a call-back.


I don’t understand why Goode wasn’t disbarred for committing fraud. No, he hasn’t been criminally convicted yet, but he was charged with fraud, agreed to repay money and was so ordered to repay monies.

And the dumbass bozos at Zimmet Law put a crook in a position with "trust" in the job description: "Presently Bill serves as the co-manager of the Trust & Estates department."

Presently his profile shows no disciplinary action, so that’s why he can just keep on playing lawyer.
