Agreed. It looks like the company is finally in a position to begin to leverage the value of the land that they have (that was purchased for peanuts, mind). I'm very interested in seeing the appraisal value and how Jan leverages that to shift into high gear on both legs of the business. Still way undervalued here considering all we know. GLTA.
