"On this last slide, we provide a summary of our upcoming drug development milestones over the next several quarters. We expect to complete preclinical studies in the first half of 2018. We anticipate filing an IND investigational new drug application sometime in Q3 2018 and we anticipate commencing human trials in late 2018. We expect to provide updates as they are available over the next several quarters on our drug development program."

These things take time. My guess is not before 2021. Whether it sells via over the counter near the other nrts or via doctor/pharmacy im not sure. what we have on our side is fda is downright obsessed with nicotine and tobacco addition right now.
