"In the Know" I mentioned this last night. I think the cat got out of the bag for RSII. Some know "something" , Which is why 171 million shares traded over the past 2 days. 6 sessions AFTER the news- the stock begins to spike tremendously. Ssys to me - someone went poking around and liked what they found out. exponential rise to come.

Rising India, Inc. (OTC Pink: RSII) announced, on January 18, 2018 that its Rising Biosciences, Inc.’s laboratory in Ohio is close to completion with the state of Ohio for an MMJ license. The stock got little play on this news, however spiked on record volume last Thursday and Friday 160%. Somebody is in the know here. The rest of us sit on pins and needles for an announcement justifying the massive gain.
