Maybe they are having trouble getting someone to write and sign an attorney letter from the list of attorneys that were provided by the otc site. Maybe they cant explain why 315 million shares were dumped out of the blue last fall and added to the outstanding share count. They should have known the attorney letter had to be signed by someone on the list of attorneys provided by the otc site. How did they waste all of this time and not know that?
