Richard Roer, Joey Chancis' dad is a notorious OTC paper printer, he has 8 to 10 shells going at a time, 2 of which he already spun into Joey New York and created Labs, etc...Joey is actually well known, been on TV years ago, etc, she had a skin care line that they ran into the ground intentionally I imagine...they also had a flea market type shop in NYC...Richard Chancis is an "investment banker" and consultant, but likely facilitates the paper printing...the CA store has yet to open, 1 in Florida is open, the other no longer part of the plan apparently. Each time they roll shells in and out they get to print a ton of paper, rack up debt, print more paper, shut the doors, rinse wash repeat...no accident their offices are in a Trump building and they were married at a Trump property, they took a play out of Chump's biz playbook...easier than actual work.
