That info is totally misleading and false. Pvsp has never been involved in a pot shop, it was involved in a ‘mom and pop retail shop that sold primarily used Ag and ancillary equipment to pot growers. Additionally, the business was on the verge of failing when the deal was made with revenues already down 80% from prior years due to increased competition from well funded companies.
