The last financial filing noted 500m authorized, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's made its way up to 1b by now considering the filing was from 2015.

All other things remain the same.

If not a R/M maybe we'll at least see an acquisition or some other note worthy news.

Definitely not a stock worth risking a big portion of a portfolio on, but I love the risk reward and don't mind dead $$ for a while considering how stable this is at .0002.
