If you want the correct answer . It goes like this. When you are deliquent and are designated with a stop. You no longer report updated OS to a TA. However the TA will report to OTC the "last" update they had when company was still reporting . This is why you will see "verified" or updated but they are only giving the number they had since company was current. This is why being deliquent is very fustrating for an investor or anyone looking to invest and get accurate info. This answer can also be verified by OTC markets support staff if you shoot them an email. I believe the OS to date is around that 119m someone stated but of course filings will clear that all up.
