History Lesson. A little less than a year ago RSII moved from .002 to nearly .03....volume was as intense as it is now..but for a few weeks straight.. TOPPED OUT MORE THAN 100 % HIGHER THAN IT IS NOW....but it wasn't ready for prime-time back then...this is a year closer to its fruition....company is nearly a year closer to its goals..and in penny-land thats HUGE... I think all risk takers should toss as many sheckles they have available in risk accounts at this one....time looks right...except this time if we pass that .029 level..we may shoot up much much higher.
