It’s a risky plan to dump 20 million shares from .009 to attempt a reload of .0019 - .0089 considering the sheer amount of bids that will now be sitting in wait at all levels. Probably won’t make it past a dozen ticks down of its attempted again.
But feel free to attempt it.
