OWCP has not had a bad performance. That is just impatient investors spewing words out of their pie holes. I admit I’m impatient too.
OWCP is in research and development and they have been producing, maybe not the revs we’d like to see but protection is their main concern imho. If you think the the CIA and the FBI are the only ones that have spies you’re kidding yourselves. Probably one of the reasons management has changed over the last year. Moles exist everywhere.
