Groton. Results soon. And why can’t they be unbelievable? I really mean that. Please answer; WHY CANT THE 400 mg arm be unreal and blow us all away? Like a psoriasis cure? The preclinical rats showed it so why can’t the proper dosing in humans have the same outcome?

The negativity and board posts just keep that idea at bay. Many posters make it sound like this Prurisol 2a trial is nothing. Unreal

My question: why aren’t people excited and thinking this trial could show PASI 75 at 60% and maybe PASI 90 at 20%? It’s possible. That’s all I’m saying. We may have the best oral psoriasis drug in the world!
