After thorough research and multiple Emails from Max Li (CEO of TriCascade) and Timothy Peabody (CEO of SkyFidelity), Here is a little information about the company.
Skyfidelity inc. successfully acquired TriCascade inc in July 2016. Skyfidelity inc. and Saddle Ranch Media completed their merger last year retaining Saddle Ranch Media's ticker symbol SRMX. I received Emails from Both CEO of Skyfidelity, Timothy Peabody and CEO of TriCascade, Max Li, this past week and they were very open and honest about the progression of the company. They are in the Process of Converting the Ticker Symbol from "SRMX" to "SKYX".
TriCascades inc's SkiQ technology can bring high speed internet access anywhere you go. Homes, Businesses, Boats, RV's, Rural areas its a game changer. When the SkiQ detects your regular wifi connection failed, the SkiQ will automatically switch to the cellular system to make sure you never lose connection. Which is why they are working with AT&T's certified module developer, Westron NeWeb Corporation.
I used to work in the restaurant business and when our wifi went out, we had to manually write down credit card payments (Smh not fun! Especially when it was busy.), That would never happen with the SkiQ. Thats Huge!

I'm not sure why there are so much hate for this company. It is a real, legitimate company that is just beginning to grow. I would not be surprised to see tremendous growth and profits in this Company.
