THINGS THAT YOU CAN DO TO LESSEN YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING THE FLU, OR BE ABLE TO FIGHT IT.IF YOU GET IT.OR IF YOU HAVE IT I SAY STAY HOME.UNTIL YOU ARE OVER IT.THINK ABOUT THE OTHER PEOPLE.PLEASE.
1)WHEN GOING TO THE GYM, NO HAND SHAKES,NO HUGS,EVEN TO YOUR FRIENDS IF YOU SUSPECTING THAT THEY HAVE THE FLU.
IF YOU DO HAND SHAKES,OR HUGS,MAKE SURE YOU USE HAND SANITIZER,OR WASH HANDS WELL.RIGHT AFTER.
WHEN USING MACHINES,WEIGHTS ETC,MAKE SURE YOU WIPE THEM WITH SANITIZERS.USE HAND SANITIZER AFTER USE.
WASH HANDS AFTER DONE WORKING OUT.
2)TRY AVOIDING AS MUCH AS YOU CAN OF GOING TO PLACES THAT ARE PACKED WITH PEOPLE IN CLOSE RANGE.IF YOU DO GO
MAKE SURE IF YOU TOUCH THEM,DO NOT WIPE,OR TOUCH YOUR FACE WITH YOUR HANDS AFTER TOUCHING THEIRS.WASH YOUR HANDS WELL BEFORE YOUR TOUCH YOUR FACE.
3)TRY TO AVOID FLYING AS MUCH AS YOU CAN NOW THAT THE FLU IS IN SUCH A HIGH ALERT.THERE IS NOT MUCH AIR CIRCULATING IN THE AIRPLANES,AND IT IS VERY EASY, GETTING THE FLU, IF SITTING NEXT TO SOMEONE HAVING THE FLU, OR WALKING AROUND THE CABIN,OR IN THE RESTROOM.IF YOU DO HAVE TO FLY.MAKE SURE YOU HAVE WITH YOU SOME SANITAZERS.
WASH YOUR HANDS WELL,BEFORE YOU EAT.WHEN USING THE RESTROOM ETC.
4)GET PLENTY OF REST.SLEEP 8 TO 10 HOURS A DAY.
5)EAT THE RIGHT FOOD.NUTRITION IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE IMMUNE SYSTEM STRONG TO BE ABLE TO FIGHT NOT ONLY AGAINST THE FLU,BUT ABOUT ANYTHING ELSE.IF THE IMMUNE SYSTEM IS WEAK,THEN YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING THE FLU ARE INCREASING,AND IF YOU HAVE IT, CHANCES OF DYING ARE INCREASING.OR IT WILL TAKE MUCH LONGER TO GET BETTER.
STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM SUGAR,WHITE FLOUR,WHITE RICE,WHITE PASTA,AS THESE KIND OF FOOD MAKE YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM VERY WEAK.
STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS YOU CAN FROM COFFE,CIGARETTES,ALCOHOL,AND SOFT DRINKS.ALL THESE ARE VITAMIN,AND MINERAL KILLERS.AND WILL WEAKEN YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM BIG TIME.
TRY TO EAT ORGANIC FOOD:WHOLE GRAIN FOOD,LIKE BROWN RICE,WHOLE WHEAT PASTA,FRUITS AND VEGGIES.PLENTY OF CHICKEN SOUPS, TURKEY BREAST,DRINK,ORANGE JUICE,A TON OF PURIFIED ROOM TEMP MINERAL WATER,AND USE FRESH LEMON.ALL THESE TO STRENGTHEN THE IMMUNE SYSTEM.
6)DAILY SUPPLEMENTATION:ONE VITAMIN C 1,000 MG.ONE ZINC 50MG.ONE B-COMPLEX 50MG.ONE MAGNESIUM 500MG.
REMEMBER THE FLU,AND ALL KINDS OF ILLNESSES,DESEASES,DEADLY BACTERIA ETC,LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WITH WEAK IMMUNE SYSTEMS.THE STRONGER THE IMMUNE SYSTEM,THE MORE WILL FIGHT BACK TO BEAT ANYTHING THAT IS TRYING TO ATTACK IT.
