Says 4 ees and 150k in revs. What are people excited about here? I'm not meaning to be negative - just not sure what the 'hook' is.

Also concerned with $960,000 in payables 5 years ago while the old company was losing 300k a year. Just wondering what are the financials now of the old company shell?
