The farce of 'military sites'

Brilliant observation how this is a total pipe dream from elsewhere....

Anyone with any knowledge of how things get put on, constructed, and run on a military base would find this to be probably not even an option.

To be put on a military base the contract would have to go through the Federal Business Opportunity bidding process.

And that means competing against every knowledgeable outfit that does this as a contractor using the pyrolysis process as a subcontractor. Companies that get first opportunity based on criteria of EOE based on who owns the company and how many times they have actually won bids.

Not even bringing in the process of being lowest bidder with the qualifications.

P2O can't just be granted anything. First the government and/or Pentagon has to be convinced it is a viable option.

Then it would have to be submitted within the budget for Congressional approval.

Then it would have to be implemented into the bidding process,

Heddle would be quickly eliminated if he went at it himself.

Any company who has past history and is veteran , minority, or female owned would be given a better chance.

He would have to turn over everything as a subcontractor to that company to submit a bid to have a chance.

This would be numerous years away if not decades if it ever is even consdered.

And every base could easily be a different company and bidding process.

It's a pipe dream to think they could pull it off.
