Why did CRCW not wait until everything was filed and transferred before selling shares in the back room?

Can a subsidiary trade on open market if parent company is in grey market?

What I expect to happen.
RMRK CRCW merge then I will end up with 20 to 200 shares (depending on evaluation at the time of merge) of CRCW in the end if RMRK common share holders are taken into consideration.
I Really hate the super high valuation CRCW has (not real and will be used to make RMRK worthless at time of merge.

All should be revealed by April 15th. IMO
If not then I will be a ghost in a shell.
