There's another way to look at the SC13G/A filing by Brio Capital.

They file a great number of SC13G/A's, indicating that the fund invests in a lot of innovative companies, that are trading at value prices:

Actually, a pretty impressive list of interesting small caps. They appear to look for value in dynamic young companies.
