Good DD UrAuLi...I've got some interesting news also... As far as mineral rights, it turns out that Rimrock did not own the Silver Cloud properties and relinquished their mineral rights interest back to the land owners. See below from a Rimrock 8K:
"The Company was unable to pay the BML fees payable to the State of Nevada due on August 31, 2015, and were therefore required to relinquish the interest in the Silver Cloud Property to the Pescio family."
Also Interestingly enough, it turns out Starkman's last employment contract as RMRK CEO was a 3 year contract and it terminates Feb 2nd 2018 which is only 2 days after the scheduled consummation of the CoinTracking acquisition.
