I am in the same boat but have sold shares on up cycles bc you should take profits... why should this up cycle not go to the next drop... I think we are kidding ourselves that Miller will deliver now.. Maybe he will but odds are low and even if Fujitsu or some partner does pull IWS through with a contract the time to ramp up revenue will take time. I see the stock retracing back to $1.50 by then.
Capital gains shouldn't be a factor unless you believe IWS will be acquired within your window. If IWS can actually ramp up thru large scale revenues in the next 12-18 months (show a start this year) they could hold out for the next few years for a large buy out. At 85% grow margin this is a cash cow (if they ramp up)....
