Judge Brown seems like a good judge who doesn't like slackers, and sure doesn't like trolls. He has ruled fairly for the prosecution and the defense.

But he has shown almost zero tolerance for either party to be weaseling out of commitments they've agreed to.

And Judge Brown handles his cases expediently as well.
This case may not get any further in it's delays. We'll see.

I expect at least a some sort of decisions in the process, perhaps even judgement as soon as next week. I check pacer every day.
