Iggy, I've owned ADXS shares now for over 7 years and management has only allowed shorts to push us into the ground! I get the "Short" thing what I don't get is the Advaxis thing. Seems they are purposely trying to piss off long time holders? It's really weird. I'm mean to ask for more shares to be in the kitty when most every long term holder is down 75% or more on their investment here is just lunacy. I mean come on it's almost like them saying look we know we're at a all time low but we may need these shares to do another offering at a 40% discount to make sure we're ok with our cash flow and don't forget our employees need some shares too. We have over 100 employees and they all want a chunk of shares so we can continue to hire the brightest and the best out there. I'm afraid if they vote (YES) on the extra 30 million shares and win this part of the proxy that they could essentially do a offering down here at $1. 70 with that discount and plummet the shares! See I have ZERO faith in our BOD and our management! It's sickening. Very hard for me to give them more dilution shares at this time because of where we're at share price wise. There's an old saying at my house and it goes like this " Screw me once shame on you!" Screw me twice shame on me!" Been there done that. President Bush said it best when he started the joke he said Screw me once shame on you.. Screw me twice and ....well uhh It won't happen again! Problem with President Bush is what he said is what's probably going to happen to us shareholders. We're most likely to get screwed twice because it seems very hard for retailers to win on these issues . We don't hold enough shares to make a difference probably! I believe in the science I just don't believe in our BOD or our management team! I'm voting "NO " on increase of shares for equity offering. Sorry just couldn't have come up at a worse time. They have not got my trust in there plans to increase shareholder value nor will I allow them to bully retail investors around in the coming years!
