Joey sucks.

1) "Not selling shares like crazy." To whom exactly would GIGL sell these shares? Why would someone buy the shares from the company when they can buy them from you or I just as cheaply?

2 "Real news before the offering hits." Joey is out of news. The bitcoin stunt was a desperate attempt to try to generate some momentum from which to launch the offering, and it backfired spectacularly. Same with the "chef" news and everything else he's tried. The only news that matters is that a new location is opening -- none of this LOI stuff like Bahrain or Tanforan -- and unfortunately he doesn't have the money to open a new location. Malls clearly aren't rolling out the red carpet like he claims. Joey has zero leverage.

3) "Jillian makes her money off selling her brand and her name." True, but Giggles is one of many endorsement deals. Most people around the world have never heard of Giggles n Hugs, and surely do not equate her name or brand with it. If Giggles disappeared tomorrow from the face of the earth, nobody is going to think any less of Jillian. She's not going to have a hard time landing more big brand endorsements because it isn't her fault that Giggles implodes -- that's on Joey. He might have a hard time landing future celebrity endorsements for his next project. Jillian to Giggles isn't the same as Bill Cosby to Jell-O.

As an aside, how much does anyone wish to bet that Giggles isn't accepting bitcoin despite the PR. I bet if we called Giggles right now and asked if they accept bitcoin, the answer will be "no." Anyone want to bet me that I'm wrong? Parsi is a liar. Plain and simple. About bitcoin. About Bahrain. About San Francisco. About having deals in place with all the major mall owners (per one of his interviews). About how mall owners roll out the red carpet. Etc, etc, etc.
