Believe it has been released that the 125mil is from 500 OS. That would leave about 13mil in the public float since there is 138mil in it now. Some former insiders own shares they "could" sell Wessal but I doubt the'd give them up with the potential. Once the pps starts to move, after AFs, they will slowly unload giving us more than 13mil as Wessal takes or has taken the 125mil. Either way, once Wessal starts buying the large portions of that amount the pps will soar.
