Try reading that 58 page "valuation" closely. You have to skip past all the generic music industry boilerplate to get to the disclaimers. Start around page 36-37 where it clearly states the valuations are based entirely on Hollywall's own projections of what they'd generate if they actually followed through with their delusional, grandiose projections. Their own appraiser stated--
Conclusion: This "non exclusive license" is only worth what a company can actually generate with it... something Roxanna and her late husband Matthew "Chuck" Weber repeatedly failed to do in the 20+ years they sold this get rich scheme to deceive gullible investors. However, that has never stopped her from fraudulently listing this "potential income" as an "asset" on her books.
