BALONEY--That "appraisal" is based entirely on Hollywall actually generating the revenue they claim they would. Problem is..THEY NEVER GENERATE ANY SIGNIFICANT REVENUE!!!

Try reading that 58 page "valuation" closely. You have to skip past all the generic music industry boilerplate to get to the disclaimers. Start around page 36-37 where it clearly states the valuations are based entirely on Hollywall's own projections of what they'd generate if they actually followed through with their delusional, grandiose projections. Their own appraiser stated--

We were unable to secure sufficient third party documentation to enable us to determine whether the assumptions are reasonable. The number of projects anticipated by management to be put into commercial distribution as well as the number of units projected to be sold significantly exceed the amounts that would seem to be supported by current market conditions.. as of the date of this report, we have not been provided with documentation to show that distribution contracts have been signed to place product into traditional retail outlets or digital distributors. In addition, management’s assumptions (see Exhibit 13) reflect a significant reliance on direct to consumer sales via broadcast partners. As of the date of this report, we have not been provided with documentation to show that Agreements have been signed to sell product in this manner. In addition, we have not been provided with any documentation to show that Agreements have been signed for licensing of the existing recorded music masters (see Exhibits 1 to 6) for specific film projects, television or advertising campaigns except for the project Unchain My Heart: The Ray Charles Musical (that was FOUR YEARS AGO--KAM). Accordingly, if management is unable to achieve the results as forecasted, then the value reflected in this report will be substantially less than stated.... The Company does not have historical revenues that would serve as a basis for projecting future revenues... there is no third-party documentation to support their ability to market the product at the level of activity sufficient to justify the forecasted sales...

HWAL's own disclosure says--

Hollywall Music library was appraised by Entertainment Financial Services, Inc. on September 15, 2014 based on total forecasted net revenue (before taxes)

Check the financials. Where's the "revenue"??? Where's the history of generating millions from this library? It does not exist!

Conclusion: This "non exclusive license" is only worth what a company can actually generate with it... something Roxanna and her late husband Matthew "Chuck" Weber repeatedly failed to do in the 20+ years they sold this get rich scheme to deceive gullible investors. However, that has never stopped her from fraudulently listing this "potential income" as an "asset" on her books.

SCAM!

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
