For all that DP has accomplished since they first announced they were applying for permits in Nevada is remarkable compared to "other" US pots stocks. With all the uncertainties regarding cannabis due to our current administration, many smaller investors are likely going to be afraid to move forward. If DP can take advantage of this...then by all means dilute dilute dilute to expand. DP has not hidden the fact he wants to hit a home run. So this day to day whining (Pear) by certain people looking for short term gratification will continue because the home run will take awhile to play out. Traders will play the swings and pump or bash when it suits their needs but I believe it's a home run play or a strikout and we are a LONG way from the end result.
