I would assume the value could be found in the reduction of the AS from 10 billion to 1.4, the fact that the debt is now wiped out (NO DILUTION), and that PDXP closed an LOI for 350 million with NVC through preferred shares with restrictions. I think that is probably plenty of value to offset an acquisition that has rather low revs of around a 100K yet revs all the same...
