I 2nd this. Do you chase when it gaps at $10 or do you chase now at .17.

Again, that question: why on earth would a multi $ billions private wanna buy a shell? Also other competitors are already publicly traded. Why not Delfin? No brainer. It makes logical sense from all perspectives.
