Thank you for reaching out. We believe that our recent announcement is a significant opportunity within the legal cannabis industry for our company. We currently have various resellers and existing relationships in the merchant processing industry that service businesses that are unrelated to cannabis. Total Ad Solutions was able to create a new product with our banking relationship to service an untapped market and the under-served cannabis markets.
We decided that it was best to work with Innovate Media Group on this brand to market a solution direct to retail cannabis dispensaries. We obviously felt it was a good fit for us since we have been jointly working together on cannanet.tv and localcannabisdispensary.com.
As the release stated, Total Ad Solutions has executed an agreement to enable Innovative Media Group and its related products to offer this solution under Kush Processing. We offered Innovative Media Group a revenue share or split to any new accounts that are successfully underwritten by our banking partner. We have not disclosed this split intentionally for competitive reasons.
As far as TSMI company updates are concerned, we are currently working with our auditors to complete our filings so we are once again current. We have a number of updates and new developments that we intend to release once we are current with our filings. We are hopeful that this is completed over the next 2-3 weeks.
