These charges have been reversed in the past. The reaction has been even more severe in past-down multiples of settlement amounts though from a much higher price. The trust is trading for 3 months of distribution at 2007 natural gas prices. The view of the consensus is prices will not go back to that level until 2035 if ever? Even at $4, the 20 million would be made up pretty fast even if not reversed.
