GM moved $38 to $42 in 9yrs, Noone wants to invest, Will go $10 in next crash

Once investors are screwed they will never invest in that business. There are zillion other stocks to invest in. In next crash in October, GM will hit $10 and may have to file BK because rule of law was not followed.

If the same mistake is made in the GSE then no one will invest in new GSEs.
