What?? Is this a typo? The guy has major heart surgery and an artificial heart implanted in order to live one month? I must be missing something here. If this new invention is only good for a month, I'm dying to hear their sales pitch. Imagine being a marketing man assigned to that product.

I suppose the idea is a temporary fix while waiting for a transplant, but I didn't see that part.

EDIT: OK, just reread it, the guy was on the brink of death. Makes sense now.
