Oh you mean in the production of silk!, I thought the QC problem was with the PR'S. LOL
Here I was believing there could be no QC issues with the silk
as they have said for years they were commercializing and ramping up silk production....and I believed them!!!
Were they talking about a different company?

Maybe these silks lack consistency as they have taken on multiple pesonality traits through osmosis from Kim.
