And yet Agylix has announced they are building a $30mm facility in Marcus Hook Pa.

They have pulled permits from the state as well as the DOT.

They have received a $3mm capital investment , with the help from a PA State Senator, for the project.

It could be ventured it was Curtis that was the problem.....not the company that is in line to open another facility.
