If they give their shares away for $10 per, why should the market value them any higher?

The disillusionment is obviously the back-to-back nature of offerings.
Intel, or some like-kind entity, hasn't invested again. Normal cash raise for "administrative purposes".

I don't get why you wouldn't expect the sell-off.

Give it a week though. It should climb back to $11. Short memories.
