No. What I'm saying is the risk ratio changes as finality in decisions are reached. On the March hearing both sides are heard and yes that is not decision day. Possibly 60 days from that point. But as the time shortens between events so does the opportunity to own the stock-- at that respective time. I think we can agree its always the same...supply and demand. The market makers own that territory and use it to their advantage.
