Obviously, most on this board have never owned or started a business(at least a successful one) lol. I'm not trying to start or win an argument. “My” opinion is just as valid as your opinion. When you purchase a home and have a mortgage on that home…Who real owns that home??? Just like NioCorp. They are complete slaves to the people with money right now…Why is this so difficult to figure out? Remember, nothing gets started until something is sold…Sales 101. I am a major fan of this company but also a logical thinker. We are not in control Lind is….Even Mark would tell all of his beloved cheerleaders on this board that Lind is currently running the show but hopefully the tide will turn in our favor. Long and strong. My prediction...In 24 months we get a buyout offer of .75-$1.50...I think most would be happy with this.
