So this is how I understand it.....looking for feedback......

Current outstanding shares 41.5M roughly

Current authorized shares 65M

Request to increase authorized shares 30M

Total potential authorized shares 95M.........

If passed end of day issued shares still 41.5M



So unless shares are issued, nothing changes other than an increase to authorized shares am I correct.
