Interesting. I am actually thinking the opposite, that he would have tweeted that fins are on time IF they were going to be. I don't see why he wouldn't do that to alleviate many concerns.

But since he doesn't control the audit he can't do that. And I don't/won't fault him if they are not done on time since undertaking 2 year audit is time consuming and rarely happens on time. Been through that many times with other tickers.
