3R GSE, Use 10% of warrant$ to guarantee MBS of new entrants

Will taxpayers/congress approve budget to guarantee MBS of new entrants? Hell no!

So do 3R to GSEs and use 10% of warrant money to guarantee MBS of new entrants.

Let GSEs slowly shift from current model to MBS guarantee model.

10% of warrant money should also go to building the wall. Your home value goes higher if your home (USA) is secured by boundary wall. lol
