Literally right after I sent my last post I checked and they responded to my 3rd email just now at 5am pacific. They are dedicated!

Email is below but it confirms that they plan audit and up-listing (!!!!), that TSMI is administering the Kush program, and talks about dilution allegations. Hope this helps. Sorry I am not better at formatting it.
So StockRocket TSMI and INMG are both interrelated on this Kush so we both need to play nice...what benefits one benefits the other and vice versa

1) the Kush contact address is Goleta, is that TSMI’s headquarters? Do they handle the administration of the program?

3). There is unsubstantiated allegations that dilution of the stock is occurring which is holding the price down. Any comments on this.
